HOUSE OF MORR

Yeah I know is being a longtime since I came through and honestly I don't know how to start but then I think I need to start somewhere . So for a while, i haven't being on here but then Padora has dropped a post this year and if you missed that you could link up here. If you have being following me on IG @i_m_morr and on Facebook/ Precious morr you'd notice that me and my team has being putting up a lot of piece out there and oh boy it's being a lot to chew doing that and coming here. I'm really a turn off for multitasking, it drains me faster than anything, most times I just go through the Instagram feeds of my favorite bloggers and their respective blogs and I'm like God how I'm I suppose to do all this cause is kind of tiring but I was thinking while I try to reschedule and plan my almost horrible life i thought to myself, hey! I could actually do a style post for the main time just so you know i haven't forgotten about y'all or haven't died either lol( is just appalling with the year starting with death of young vibrant folks) .

The plaid trend has being here like since forever and have being in love with it since like the choc boys song "nobody test me" and even Wiz kids superstar album photo ( y'all remember huh?) but have never had the chance to pull through with it.So last year through this year I had a little shopping and gets what I bumped into?. My beloved plaid shirt. And even though I wanted a red tartan one I had to settle for this which I turned out loving even more. firstly the color could go with couple of staples I already had in my wardrobe which you could tell from the post and secondly the fade drama going on it just gave it this "not" the normal plaid look ..and I love "not normal " stuffs lol

P. S - If you was sleeping on the different names for the plaid patterns this for you.

For the first look I paired the shirt with a black pants, one of those Sunday's to church, thought white would have being preferable since the shoe is black but I couldn't lay my hands on one or what do you think? and wearing a suit jacket black/white would have done justice but I had a feeling the sun will be showing off so I had to play safe and guess what?....... she did show off smh. This look is also a go go for outing with friends (just saying in case you needed my advice fam) ,just so you know, i had a brunch with kid sister just after service that Sunday, is this not what they call killing two birds with one stone lol

Yeah yeah I love this look right here,I was looking like the superstar that I are lol... Even though it wasn't really an outing per say but because I needed to complete this post , I joined my double  gang (padora) for her shopping and voila!! it was me wearing the tartan unbuttoned to show the white tees paired with a grey stressed jean with ,an ankle Ralph Lauren Swede sneakers and of course this gorgeous black and white baseball cap.

P. S- you could decide to do otherwise with the buttons just which ever down to leave I felt personally the outfit was totally over the board for the occasion..but hey don't blame me, I just needed a good location for the look...

So that's it baby.. Two ways to style the plaid trend, drop your comments and let me hear your thought and of course this is were I get to say happy new year fam!...i know is awkward since is February but you can't love me less would you?... Love y'all and see you in the next post

All over this post are the looks I created , mainly during the holidays .. Some cool and some not too cool but well hey! I'm still in the learning process I'm not yet a pro like the likes of @Bibyonce,@Anitabrows, @Lolademlpro, @Tonia ...but sooner than jack I will up my game ..... I did some on my face of course, friends and others on client's who thinks "the apprentice touch " lol where worth paying for.....

Don't forget to drop your comments on what you think about the make over... I really want to hear from you guys.... Thanks much. Kisses. I'll be back

Hello lovelies how are you doing? Hope your week turned out great...well mine was...hectic and great at thesame time. Hectic since school has been on session which means its been classes upon classes upon classes......great because one way or the other have been able to be on top of my game. I'm not here to tell you about lectures but keeping to the words from my last post...and if you missed that you could get the headstart here

P.S - my make-up and gele learning dairy would be on hold for a while but then I think I've got one last post on that so watch this space.

Overtime I've found out that one of the reason we go through trying times from painful ones like getting hemorrhoid (click here if you missed the post on that), heartbreak, sexual abuse,failed business dreams to subtle things like getting slipped by banana peels or getting your Facebook hacked is to learn and in turn help others not to fall into the same ditch like you did. So talking about "not falling into" a ditch here is 4 ways not to get your account hacked....

@CassieDaves // www.cassiedaves.com
When people talk about blogging the first thing that comes to mind would be Linda ikeji but blogging started for us when I came across cassie on one of the allure magazine on vanguard news paper...I was blown away totally.... I remember telling Padora to go check her up and till date I've bin a stocker of that blog. from the way her minds work, simplicity of her style , the way she writes and how she combined med school with blogging was amazing ....most of our first post where shapened by her....

@Kuyetbamai // kuyetbamai.wordpress.com
For a while it seems like the blogosphere was dominated more by the ladies or maybe I was hooked on the chicks but after looking for male bloggers from the creeks to the top of the mountain this dude was the break through....found him on instagram @nigerainfashionbloggers and he opened the doors to others like @stevennoja, @gabrielakinosho, @igeeokafor and the lots too numerous to mention and since then I've being a fan....les i forget fam, brace yourself kuyet photo editing is a killer no joke...he should be jailed aswear lol.....

@itsmaryamsalam // www.fashionbydaisy.com
she's the most stylish, probably the only muslim I've come come across in this journey. I gbadu her for her understanding of "girl power", bridging the gap between the male and female gender in the business world. Her entrepreneurial insight, blogging and business tips are unmatchable (hello we're talking 'bou the CEO @bloggerpoint here) which has been more than helpful to me.

@denolagrey // www.denolagrey.com

 i have always being a fan of denola even before the blogging thing started...at a time if i was told he was the only model in nigeria i wouldn't have agreed less, he was literally on every style mag and fashion shows I bumped into. when i finally followed him on IG and found out he got a blog...menhh!!..it made the whole love story beautiful.

And that's all for now...stay tuned for others hopefully in subsequent post but before then ....feel free to drop your comments - what blogs are you loving currently? What blogs inspired you on starting your own blog,
Share please! and let's strike up a convo! in here

                                    Yours truly p.morr

        " For my niggas who gonna go to Hell and back for me
         I'mma give em Heaven on Earth for a hell of a check
          Yeah whichever come first
          Blessings on blessings on blessings".

Thankful: that the final year exam was a success even when I thought the ASU strike and all that was happening was going to spoil my mojo.

Blessing: i lost my phone in the most surprising way (oh boy it never dawn on me until couple of days later after waiting on someone to somehow return my "baby" but to no avail and then my laptop gets worse trying to repair the faulty keyboard...i could tell you it felt like my world came crashing down....more so in my last taking stock post I did say I was up to something(a business really) which I promise to keep you posted but well it didn't turn out as I planned .

What's new- obviously I'm done with school really didn't feel the hype like everyone else- is just overrated... I'm weird okay, thank you! And like some folks would say NYSC calling( still among those stuff in my overrated list) and of cause the strike has been called off and I'm happy for them.

Understanding: that not everyone has the kind of heart that I've got, that the only person that got your back is you and no matter what stay true to yourself and few people who loves you for you.

Got a new phone- no! I don't have a new phone yet but I've got this itel tab from mom ( phone everybody abandoned since like forever becomes the chief corner stone smh) that could do everything except snap pictures x use earpiece- which is frustrating cause i can't listen to music without an earpiece.

Reading- just finish reading SECRETS OF AN Irresistible WOMAN by Michelle McKinney Hammond and now on Born Winner by David Oyedepo.

Favourite song - really none...just random song.

New month plans- some one asked what are the plans I've got for NYSC and I was like I'm sorry I didn't know I had to plan for that.... But thank God I'm on that really, preparation for my final year project, signing of my school files and clearance.

Hoping- that Evey thing gets better really and that everything works as planned.

Prayer- Dear father, you know it all, you see it all. I'm really nothing without you and I cant accomplish nothing without u...so please take my hands and don't let me fall...direct me through this storms and help me understand that is all part of the process, open my eyes to see the purpose of all that I am..your will alone and not mine be fulfilled in my life in Jesus name. Amen

okay y'all 've seen what have been up to and all, so feel free to drop your comments. lets talk. Happy New Month once again guys! I pray in this month you stay on top of your game, favour unexplainable locates you and all that has been lost be restored. Amen
